Returns & Damage Policy

At Tisbury House, we carefully source and curate one-of-a-kind antique and vintage furnishings, décor, artwork, and collected objects. Because of the unique nature of these pieces, we ask that all purchases be made thoughtfully.

Antique & Vintage Condition

Please remember that antique and vintage items have lived many lives before finding their way to your home. Signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, and imperfections should be expected and are considered part of the character and charm of these pieces. We strive to accurately photograph and describe each item, including any notable condition details.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tisburyhouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Be shipped back within 7 days of approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale:

  • Furniture

  • Lighting

  • Mirrors

  • Artwork

  • Private sourcing purchases

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

  • International orders

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for final sale items.
