Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind antiques and vintage furnishings sourced from England, France, and throughout the United States. We take great care in packaging and transporting each item. Large furniture, mirrors, and fragile pieces are delivered through trusted freight and white-glove partners to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. Delivery timelines and costs vary by item and destination, and we are happy to provide custom shipping quotes prior to purchase.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

We will work promptly to determine the best resolution, which may include repair, replacement (if available), partial refund, or full refund.
